International Overseas Shipping:
For International orders please email us first at shipping@ahealthya.com the size and the quantity of the product along with the address, so that can notify you via email your exact shipping cost which will enable you to process your order on our website. We will ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS). US Postal Service provides many mail service options based on size, weight and destination. Some of the available services are:

  • US Global Express (2-3 days transit time)
  • US Airmail Parcel Post (4-7 days transit time)
  • US Surface Parcel Post (4-6 weeks transit time)

Note: Not all options are Not Available In Some Countries

We Ship by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, Airborne Express or DHL. Please let us know if you have a preference.

Import Taxes:
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.

Incomplete Orders/Partial Orders:
Herbal Advisor promises to complete and ship every order that we process in an expedient and professional manner. However, considering our remarkable inventory featuring over 12,000+ diverse health products and vitamins, some items are unfortunately placed on back order by the manufacturer or vendors due to either their popular demand or their temporary unavailability. These delays are always unforeseen and unexpected. 

If an order is partially complete, Herbal Advisor shall wait 7 days for the items to arrive before sending the package. If the item is not received, we shall ship the partial order, and then complete the order as soon as the products arrive in stock.

Shipping Restrictions:
NOTE:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure whether or not they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

If the Customs agency in your country returns your order to us because of the following:

  • You did not have the permission to import such supplements
  • Such supplements were banned in your country. 

A credit refund will be issued minus twice your shipping charge (as we have to pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us), and a 15% restocking fee for the value of your order. 

Customs forms for all international orders list the value and the contents of your order as "vitamin supplements". If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the value of the items is still stated on the customs form.

 Notice - When shipping to the following countries: 

  • Australia: Extra charges by Customs. Also, for DHEA you must have a import permit. 
  • Taiwan: Import permission is required, or else the Customs will return your order. And even though it is returned, they will still bill you for import duties.
  • Europe (except for U.K., Switzerland, and Austria): Almost all nutritional supplements are considered as medicines or drugs, and will be returned by the countries respective Customs. 

The following nutritional supplements cannot be shipped to France and Germany: 

  • Melatonin 
  • DHEA
  • Pregnenolone 
  • 5-HTP or any type of HGH.

If you are a Doctor or Pharmacist, and have special permission to import nutritional supplements, please fax your documents at (718) 850-9682 prior to your placing the order, as this will expedite in the delivery process. 

Returns & Refunds:
Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. They must be returned within 7 days. 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. After 7 days, no returned products will be credited. Herbal Advisor automatically credits missing items or back ordered items unavailable to ship. Once a product is returned the charge back will be initiated, minus the shipping charge. This process usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card bill. You can refuse shipment, but again, credit will not be charged back until we have received the items. Shipping costs are not refundable. The seal of all the products must be intact and unbroken. All products should be in their original condition. Before returning the product, please send an email to ahealthya@aol.com In your email, kindly include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return (choose one of the following):
